IT Tazee is Mohtashim’s effort to track and report on the fast growing tech sector of Pakistan.
Tazee means fresh in Urdu/Hindi, the blog takes its name from the popular Pakistani slang term “Aur koi nai tazee ?” , which means ” And what else is new?”

Mohtashim is an IT Professional based out of Karachi, Pakistan. His expertise includes software development & IT infrastructure solutions. His day is usually spent solving his clients’ most challenging business problems by implementing cutting edge technology solutions, or gaining skills on new technologies.

Before working in Pakistan, he has worked for startups in Austin, Texas.

In his free time he likes playing computer games and hanging out with his wife. (and he doesnt go to gym though he should)

He is a Computer science graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, and a proud, solid 100% geek at heart, which ofcourse means he is also a die hard Star trek fan. Nowadays though, Battlestar Galactica fares pretty high up there as well.
