It makes sense for UBL to move to an industry standard HR application given that now has over 8000 employees in several countries, they should have dumped their inhouse system and done this alot sooner.

IBM’s Global business services, ie the consultants will implement Oracle HR at UBL (not Peoplesoft HR? why ??!) starting this year. Usually HR implementations are relatively quick compared to things like Finance modules. (Milleniumsoft’s HR solution deployment schedule is about 3 weeks).
