It makes sense for UBL to move to an industry standard HR application given that now has over 8000 employees in several countries, they should have dumped their inhouse system and done this alot sooner.
IBM’s Global business services, ie the consultants will implement Oracle HR at UBL (not Peoplesoft HR? why ??!) starting this year. Usually HR implementations are relatively quick compared to things like Finance modules. (Milleniumsoft’s HR solution deployment schedule is about 3 weeks). But in this case, it will probably take months. Will post updates as I get them…

i dont about small time man - it can take them 6 months just to get the functional specs complete

Hmm. I thought UBL was using SI3 for integration work… has that relationship soured?
